Community readings

How do you read a villain? Readers propose their own reading of a case file, with a theory and an argument, and the community votes for the most convincing. Every reading is reviewed before it is published.

How it works

  1. Open any case file and scroll to «Community readings».
  2. Pick the theory that, in your view, explains the villain best, and argue it in a few lines.
  3. We review it. If it meets the rules, it is published with your alias and others can mark it as convincing.

The rules

  • Argue with criminology: a theory and what the villain does in the work.
  • To explain is not to excuse, and it is not to accuse: with real people (true crime), nothing that has not been proven.
  • No insults, no personal data, no links and no song lyrics or long dialogue quotes.
  • Spoilers are fine: it is a case file.
  • Readings that do not meet the rules are not published. If you want yours removed, write to contacto@kriminis.com.
